Verde at Cooley Station developers announced May 24 four more tenants that will be coming to the development that is under construction at Williams Field and Recker roads. It anticipates opening in the fourth quarter of 2021. The businesses are:

  • Gilbert real estate couple Jesse and Karen Herfel will open a franchise of The Brass Tap, which offers craft beer, food, wine and craft cocktails. www.brasstapbeerbar.com

  • Frostails is be a Korean dessert concept that serves frozen, shaved milk topped with different flavorings, such as fruit. www.frostails.com

  • Dip Nail Bar, which has several locations around the Valley, will open another at Verde. It specializes in manicures, pedicures and waxing services.

  • SkinFinity Medspa will offer aesthetic medical services. www.facebook.com/skinfinity.medspa.1


Previous tenants that were announced for the horizontal mixed-use development that will include apartments and medical offices are: Crust Simply Italian, The Ostrich Bar, Cook & Craft, Obon Sushi + Ramen, West Alley BBQ, Primero Cuervo tequila bar, Cookies & Cream and Vitality Bowls.
