Cracker Barrel Old Country Store is slated to open Feb. 8 at 1799 N. Higley Road, Gilbert. Each site of the chain features a gift store and a restaurant, both with a Southern, country theme. The Gilbert store will be the 14th in Arizona and the first to open in the state since 2008.
