Verde at Cooley Station developers announced Sept. 23 three more restaurants and a bar that will be coming to the development that is under construction at Williams Field and Recker roads. It anticipates opening in the fourth quarter of 2021. The restaurants are:

  • Crust Simply Italian will have a menu with East Coast roots to include large servings of salads, pasta, Italian specialties and pizza. Crust’s signature Pizza, the Rustica, will be delivered in an untraditional shape with true Old World flavors. Staples such as lasagna, Penne alla Vodka, and Chicken Parmigiana are some of Crust’s signature dishes. It has established locations in Chandler and Scottsdale. www.crustrestaurants.com

  • Associated with Crust will be The Ostrich Cocktail Bar, which will serve original cocktails, craft beer and wine. It has a location in the basement of Crust Simply Italian in Chandler. www.crustrestaurants.com/the-ostrich

  • Also to be introduced at Verde is Crust’s breakfast concept, Morning Ritual, which will offer brunch everyday featuring craft cocktails and a mimosa bar served with a modern breakfast menu.

  • The final restaurant is Cook & Craft, a modern American eatery serving locally sourced products and ingredients on its menu. The decor and atmosphere are meant to encourage just “hanging out.” Guests will also find vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free options throughout the menu. Verde will be the Scottsdale restaurant’s second location. https://cookandcraftaz.com
