The town of Gilbert has openings for two volunteers on the redevelopment commission and is seeking applicants to fill them.
To be considered, applicants must be qualified electors and town residents.
The redevelopment commission advises the Town Council on matters related to the redevelopment area in downtown Gilbert. Members consider new proposals for development, monitor projects, and implement the Redevelopment Plan.
Professionals in architectural and landscape design, planning, finance, and related fields are sought to serve on this board.
The redevelopment commission typically meets once per month.
