Ask the editor: What goes on our newspaper’s website?

Once a month this paper arrives in your mailbox with local, useful news about your community, but at you can find even more news in a faster, briefer format.

Although Community Impact Newspaper is a print-focused publication—which is becoming more of a rarity in today’s media world—we strive to fulfill our mission and our commitment to readers through our digital presence that complements the deeper reporting you read in print every month.

That includes immediate coverage of the town of Gilbert along with Gilbert Public Schools, Higley USD and Chandler USD.

It also includes daily updates on new businesses, transportation projects, development updates and more in Gilbert.

You can also follow our news coverage by signing up for one of our free email newsletters, or you can connect with Community Impact Newspaper Phoenix Metro or me on social media.

We welcome comments about our coverage.
