Gilbert update for May 20: Seven new cases in town

The six ZIP codes that cover Gilbert have 266 confirmed cases of COVID-19, according to data from the Arizona Department of Health Services. That is an increase of seven cases from the previous day. The Arizona Department of Health Services reports 14,897 confirmed cases of COVID-19 across the state on May 20, an increase of 331 from the previous day. There have been 747 reported COVID-19 deaths across Arizona as of May 20, an increase of 43 from the previous day.
Maricopa County Department of Public Health is reporting 7,552 confirmed cases of COVID-19 across the state's most populous county. The county also reports 343 total deaths, an increase of 18 from the previous day.
