ADOT announces closures, restrictions on Loop 101 through Chandler for this week

The Arizona Department of Transportation announced this week closures and restrictions on Loop 101 through the East Valley. The construction is part of an ongoing effort to add a travel lane in each direction on a stretch of Loop 101 through Chandler.

The southbound Loop 101 high-occupancy vehicle ramp to eastbound Santan Freeway will be closed from 9 p.m. July 1 to 5 a.m. July 2, according to ADOT.

The southbound Loop 101 off-ramp at Price Road will be closed from 9 p.m. July 1 to 5 a.m. July 2.

The northbound on-ramp at Ray Road will remain closed through July 2 at 5 a.m., and the northbound off-ramp at Warner Road will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. starting June 29 through the morning of July 2.

The northbound Loop 101 on-ramp at Warner Road will be closed from 9 p.m. June 30 to 5 a.m. July 2.


The northbound Loop 101 off-ramp at Elliot Road will be closed from 9 p.m. June 30 to 5 a.m. July 2.

The southbound Loop 101 ramp to eastbound Santan Freeway will be narrowed to one lane from 9 p.m. June 29 to 5 a.m. June 30 and again from 9 p.m. July 1 to 5 a.m. July 2.

The northbound Price Freeway will be narrowed to two lanes nightly between Ray and Elliot roads from 9 p.m. June 29 to 5 a.m. July 2.
