The Arizona Department of Transportation announced parts of Loop 101 through Chandler will be closed or restricted.
Northbound Loop 101 will be narrowed to two lanes between Warner and Elliot roads nightly from 9 p.m.-5 a.m. beginning March 17 and continuing through the morning of March 20. The southbound on-ramp at Ray Road will be closed nightly from 9 p.m.-5 a.m. March 17-20.
According to data from the Maricopa County Department of Public Health, 71.1% of the eligible population in Chandler has received at least their first COVID-19 vaccination.
COVID-19 vaccination appointments will be available beginning at 9 a.m. March 1 at Chandler-Gilbert Community College—the latest state-run vaccination site.
