Loop 101 ramp closures to affect Chandler residents this week

Continued work on Loop 101 through Chandler is scheduled this week, including overnight closure of on- and off-ramps, according to the Arizona Department of Transportation.

The southbound Loop 101 on-ramp at Elliot Road and off-ramp at Warner Road will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. through the morning of July 25, according to ADOT.

The southbound on-ramp at Warner and off-ramp at Ray Road will be closed from 9 p.m. July 25 to 5 a.m. July 26. The northbound on-ramp at Chandler Boulevard and off-ramp at Ray will be closed nightly from 9 p.m. to 5 a.m. starting July 24 through the morning of July 26.

The right lane between the ramp closures will also be shut down, according to ADOT.

The ramp closures are a result of an ongoing ADOT construction project to add one lane in each direction on Loop 101 between Baseline Road and Loop 202.
