Grubstak closed its doors to the public June 13. The locally owned restaurant was located at 4165 S. Gilbert Road, Ste. 5, Chandler. Owner Colton Grubb posted on the company's social media that the closure was "less than ideal."
"This end to our journey is less than ideal and something I never thought would happen," Grubb wrote. "I’m still processing it all. I wanted to personally thank our community and dedicated guests for their patronage and support. Our entire team thrived off interactions with you. I will miss our time together and want to thank you from the bottom of my heart for your support of my business and my family. It meant the world."
