Application orientation scheduled for organizations applying for Chandler's general, federal funds

The city of Chandler's neighborhood resource department will host an application orientation this month for organizations interested in applying for Community Development Block Grant funds, Home Investment Partnerships Program funds and general funds, according to a news release from the city.

The virtual WebEx orientation session will be held at 2 p.m. Oct. 22, according to the city. Interested organizations may participate online at https://bit.ly/3imwNf1 or via phone by calling 415-655-0001 and entering the following access code: 145 072 4771.


The application and accompanying materials will be available for review at http://chandleraz.gov/community starting Oct. 19. The application will open Oct. 22 following the application orientation.

The neighborhood resources department oversees the annual allocation of more than $2.5 million in local and federal funding for human services, housing rehabilitation and capital improvements, neighborhood revitalization and affordable housing activities benefitting Chandler residents, according to the city.
