Cadence Chandler, a new senior living community, is set to open in October 2021, according to a news release from owner and developer Cadence Living.

The senior living community will be on 7.7 acres of land at 100 W. Queen Creek Road in Chandler, according to the release.

The new facility will offer 191 studio or one- and two-bedroom apartments for seniors with assisted living, independent living and memory care options. Construction on the 206,283-square-foot community will cost $46 million, according to the developer. The senior living community will also feature dining options, walking paths, raised garden beds, a theater, an art studio, a swimming pool and a fitness center, according to the release.

“At Cadence, we saw a unique opportunity to fill a gap in the market by offering seniors a lifestyle-focused community that delivers the kind of highly-desirable living options being sought by individuals and couples today,” said Eric Gruber, principal at Cadence Living, in a statement. “Our culture of wellness, engagement and fun is something we’re very proud to be introducing in Chandler.”

The apartments will include a full kitchen, washer and dryer, walk-in shower and a 24-hour emergency line, according to the developer. Residents also have access to on-site 24-hour medical services.
