The two three-story buildings will be 150,000 square feet each and located on the northeast corner of Price and Willis roads, according to the city.
These buildings will have the capacity to bring approximately 1,800 jobs to Chandler.
In the past few years, Douglas Allred Co. has completed multiple significant leases in Chandler at the Park Place Development. Some of these leases include Northrop Grumman, Voya Financial, Allstate, CVS Health, Toyota Financial and LoanDepot.
“We would like to thank the Douglas Allred Company for their continued investment in Chandler and the future employment opportunities these office buildings will bring,” Chandler Mayor Kevin Hartke said in a release. “Chandler’s ability to develop talent locally and attract talent from around the world is a significant factor in the continued corporate site selection momentum we are experiencing.”
Designed by Balmer Architectural Group, this project marks yet another partnership between Willmeng and Douglas Allred Co., adding to the already planned and built 1.53 million square feet in Park Place, composed of office, manufacturing and retail buildings.
“We are excited about breaking ground on another phase of Allred Park Place in Chandler,” President David Allred said in the release. “The City of Chandler has been a great partner in bringing quality tenants to the area.”
Willmeng Construction was selected as the general contractor on the project to deliver two three-story buildings totaling 300,000 square feet and an 800-stall parking structure. Upon completion, the project will offer 10- to 12-foot celling heights and high-quality finishes.
