Chandler woman creates Facebook group with education resources for students, parents, teachers

Ruchi Kalra was trying to figure out how to go pick up her daughter's belongings at her college across the country—between plane tickets, travel restrictions and college-level rules, she needed help navigating this new system. It was then that she decided to make a Facebook group that could serve as a resource page for parents of college-age kids.
