Chandler woman starts statewide Facebook group to make masks for Arizona health care workers

In an effort to assist with the nationwide shortage of masks and other personal protective equipment, a Chandler resident created a Facebook group for mask makers across Arizona.



SanTan Brewing Co. to recycle beer, create medical-grade hand sanitizer

Chandler’s San Tan Brewing Co. is one of many breweries and distilleries across the country that have shifted to producing hand sanitizer as traditional retailers struggle to keep disinfecting products stocked. The brewery will use 16,000 gallons of beer originally slated for distribution to produce medical-grade sanitizer.
