The Chandler Vision Gallery is presenting "A La Mode," paintings by Caroline Estelle, from now through June 26.

The artwork is composed of images and notions of summer, according to a news release.

“Through saccharine colors and hyper-realized forms, Estelle embraces the idealized notions of summery scenes,” said Peter Bugg, visual arts coordinator for the city of Chandler. “Look closer and you start to notice that the bodies in the images are distorted and uncharacteristic of the idealized female forms found in advertisements and art history.”

Vision Gallery is located at 10 E. Chicago St. in downtown Chandler. The Gallery is open Monday through Friday from 10 a.m.-5 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m.-4 p.m., and admission is always free. More information on this exhibition can be found at www.visiongallery.org.
