The Leander City Council on March 6 voted to move forward with marketing a nameless transit-oriented development district after hearing from M. Arthur Gensler Jr. & Associates Inc., an architecture, design, planning and consulting firm.
The Domain II will undergo upgrades for new amenities such as a large lawn with a cable shade structure for music and festival events, Simon Property Group Inc. announced March 6. Other improvements will include a children’s play area.
