From ABC 13 media partners—As a flooding emergency has hit across the Houston area, many people have found themselves trapped by floodwaters with nowhere to go.
State and local officials have issued disaster declarations Sept. 19 following continuous rains throughout the day.
Space Center Houston closed Sept. 19 due to inclement weather, according to a press release sent out by the center. The center plans to reopen Friday, according to the release.
