Unofficial voting totals released by the Williamson County Election Commission Oct. 22 show all incumbent candidates on the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen are expected to keep their seats for another term.

With all precincts reporting, incumbent board members Clyde Barnhill, Brandy Blanton and Pearl Bransford will retain their at-large positions on the board for another four years.

Howard Garrett: 1,429 votes

Alderman At Large Position B
Brandy Blanton*: 2,239 votes
Michelle Sutton: 1,407 votes

Alderman At Large Position C
Pearl Bransford*: 2,944 votes
Bhavani Muvvala: 629 votes

Turnout for this year's election show just over 7% of registered voters cast ballots in this year's election, according to the election commission.

Polls have officially closed and early results released by the Williamson County Election Commission show incumbents in the Franklin Board of Mayor and Aldermen election have taken early leads.

Incumbent board members Clyde Barnhill, Brandy Blanton and Pearl Bransford all hold sizable leads, according to early voting totals. Election night results will be released throughout the night.

Howard Garrett: 586 votes

Alderman At Large Position B
Brandy Blanton*: 1,178 votes
Michelle Sutton: 542 votes

Alderman At Large Position C
Pearl Bransford*: 1,455 votes
Bhavani Muvvala: 253 votes

Alderperson Ann Petersen and Mayor Ken Moore ran unopposed in this year's election and will be appointed for another term.
