A pair of popular Valley eateries, a local boutique and a couple of grooming shops make up the first offerings to sign on at Agritopia’s Epicenter, according to a release on behalf of the developer.
Matt’s Big Breakfast and Gadzooks have built followings in the Valley.
Matt’s Big Breakfast, which first opened in downtown Phoenix in 2004, has grown to include two more Phoenix locations, include Sky Harbor Airport, a Tempe location and another planned location in north Scottsdale.
Gadzooks tags itself as enchiladas and soup. It has two locations in Phoenix and one in Tempe.
Raised in Arizona, Tom Blodgett has spent more than 30 years in journalism in Arizona and joined Community Impact Newspaper in July 2018 to launch the Gilbert edition.
