Incumbent Michael Pratt defeated Bob Fontenot for Position 2.

"I am very appreciative of the community's support," Pratt said in an email. "I had a very worthy opponent and I am eager to get back to working with the board and our Superintendent of schools. "The results of the election shows that the community supports the direction the district is moving. I am looking [forward] to working with my fellow trustees in implementing bond 2017 and developing our strategic plan 2025."
