Jeff Corwin of Animal Planet’s “The Jeff Corwin Experience” and “Corwin’s Quest” is set to appear this weekend at Bridgeland’s 10th annual Nature Fest.

Officials said Corwin is one of the country’s most recognized wildlife biologists and nature conservationists.

“He’s the perfect fit for both Nature Fest and Bridgeland—a community with more than 3,000 acres dedicated to conservation and to providing sanctuary to the many species of wildlife in the greater Houston area,” said Heath Melton, vice president of master planned communities.

Saturday’s event will include stage shows, the Great American Duck Race, rides from Austin Bike Zoo, armadillo races, a petting zoo, pony rides, nature exhibits, face painting, bounce houses, arts and crafts, street performers and the Crocodile Encounter.
