DentalOne Partners, Inc. announced a mass layoff as the company is closing its Independence, Ohio, office to move its corporate headquarters to Plano, according to a notice released Oct. 11. The dental services management company has been in business for more than 30 years and 53 layoffs will take place as a result of the consolidation, according to the notice. DentalOne's Plano office is located at 7160 N. Dallas Parkway, Ste. 400.

DentalOne has about 160 dental practices in Arizona, Colorado, Illinois, Indiana, Kentucky, Michigan, North Carolina, Ohio, Pennsylvania, South Carolina, Tennessee, Texas and Wisconsin.
