DICK’S Sporting Goods will open its doors in The Woodlands on Oct. 21 with a three-day celebration filled with prizes, giveaways and special guests.
The sporting goods store is opening at The Woodlands Mall at 1201 Lake Woodlands Drive and will be one of six new DICK’S location coming to the Greater Houston area.
“We are excited to enter the Houston market in such a major way,” Chairman and CEO Edward W. Stack said. “As a passionate sports and outdoor company, we are proud to offer Houston the highest quality products and services to fit their needs.”
The three-day celebration will give guests the chance to win more than 10,000 prizes and giveaways, including a chance to open the DICK’S Sporting Goods Gift Locker, the Field & Stream Locked and Loaded Prize Safe or the Golf Galaxy Clubhouse Locker. Prizes will include free mystery gift cards, kayaks, bikes and golf clubs.
Special guests at The Woodlands Mall celebration will also include Captain Blair Wiggins, an ADDICTIVE FISHING host, Earl Campbell, a former Houston athlete, Skeet Reese, a professional bass angler, and Sam Dekker from the Houston Rockets.
