Since co-owners Sherry and Todd White opened their Bliss Bites storefront in March to sell their healthy desserts, a lot has happened, including a deal with Central Market in September.
“In the few months that we’ve been in Central Market stores we have been blown away by the positive response to Bliss Bites—selling much more than projected,” Sherry said. “We’ve also gained valuable insight and feedback from doing demos at the individual stores; one in particular was the genesis of a new product, scheduled to launch in spring—Bliss Bites Minis.”
The Whites also launched new flavors with essential oils—Orange Lavender and Mint Chocolate—and debuted holiday flavors Pumpkin Spice and Pecan Pie at Re:defined Coffee House. They also introduced peanut-free recipes.
“Our focus in 2016 is to continue developing new products,” she said. “Most of all we look forward to listening to our customers’ needs and do our best to supply delicious and nutritious solutions while giving back to the community through continuing to partner with Generation Rescue autism group.”
