Crews are slated to break ground Feb. 28 on the 2-acre Triumph Center at 7030 FM 1488 near FM 2978 in Magnolia. Triumph Pharmacy owner Sandra How purchased a portion of the 2-acre property in October from the owners of Dewaine's Salons, who then relocated the business to 846 Honea Egypt Road in Magnolia. How purchased the other part of the property in January.

"I'm hoping to really bring in a fresh, new look to the area," How said. "I would love to be able to bring a surgery center. There's nothing out here if anyone needs surgery. They would have to go into The Woodlands or Tomball [for those services]. That would definitely offer a resource for them—even an imaging center or physician group out here."

How said she plans to relocate Triumph Pharmacy from its existing 2,300-square-foot facility at 6875 FM 1488 to occupy 3,000 to 3,500 square feet in the new Triumph Center.

How is working with Villa Realty Group to secure medical and possible retail tenants for the new center, which is expected to open in September.
