Decorated with a substantial slice of ripe pineapple, Bar Louie's signature martini—the Diva—features Skyy pineapple vodka, PAMA liqueur, pomegranate syrup and pineapple juice, creating an attractive concoction served in a classic martini glass.

The martini, which costs $9, is one of Bar Louie's most popular drinks for a reason, said Brian Jacobson, manager of the franchise's Willowbrook location. Bar Louie sold more than 500,000 Divas companywide last year, he said.

"It's just a really refreshing, hand-crafted drink," he said. "The pineapple and pomegranate flavors complement each other in a way that makes it the perfect way to unwind after work."

The Diva is one of many original martini recipes Bar Louie offers. The menu also features cocktails, margaritas and mojitos as well as wine and beer.

The bar also offers a selection of happy hour specials on weekdays from 4–7 p.m., including $3.25 draft beers, $4.25 glasses of wine and $5.25 martinis. Select appetizers and flatbread pizzas are also sold at half-price during happy hour.
