grayDUCK art gallery will move to East Austin in 2014, but not before one final "Send Off" on Dec. 6 to end this year.
The print show, called "Send Off" will feature works from 13 artists to showcase work at the existing grayDUCK location, 608 W. Monroe St. The event will mark the contemporary art gallery's final show before moving this spring to a yet-to-be disclosed location in East Austin.
Master printmaker Satch Grimley is working with the artists to develop silk screens and scratch-board prints. Local and national artists will showcase their hand-colored silk screens, hand-painted prints and other limited edition items.
Artists include: Allen Brewer, Sabra Booth, Adrian Landon Brooks, Jeannie Crosby, Jennifer Davis, Jenna Foster, Katy Horan, Mark S. Nelson, Terrence Payne, Casey Polacheck, Tonja Torgerson, Pamela Valfer and Matthew John Winters.
