Opened in May, customers can first visit the showroom and pick out samples they like. Afterwards, employees will visit their home and give them a price on how much it will take to complete the work.
Seyoff chose to open a third showroom location in Cypress because the area is growing and there is a lot of traffic around the store, he said.
"Also, when [the Grand Parkway] opens it will take you all the way to Sugar Land and Fort Bend County, and extra lanes are being added to Hwy. 290," he said. "I believe we'll have a good chance to build our business around here."
The business has another residential showroom located in Stafford that opened in the 1990s, and there is a separate contractor showroom for businesses in Sugar Land.
Owner Sam Seyoff is still trying to get the word out about his new Cypress location on Hwy. 290.
"We want to let people know we are here and that we have good experience in the business," he said.
