A future Memorial Hermann Healthcare System building and $32 million multifamily complex are among several tenants secured for Grand Lakes, a commercial center at Grand Parkway and FM 1093.

Harmony Public Schools currently occupies several acres of the property and in October will be joined by Aura Grand Corner, a 290-unit Class A apartment complex. According to real estate firm Finial Group, the apartment complex is being developed by Global Growth Trust and Trinsic Residential and will feature a clubhouse, business center, fitness center, dog park, swimming pool and garages.

Memorial Hermann's 14-acre parcel was purchased as a part of a regional growth plan, said system spokesperson Lindsey Klingensmith, and there are no plans of yet as to what will occupy the space.

Also on the premises are Entrust Offices, a Class A facility developed by the Mission Companies and expected to reach about 33,000 square feet, as well as the Warren Professional Building, a multi-tenant Class A office complex. Warren Law Offices is the major tenant with 1,500 square feet, and the remaining space will act as executive suites. Phase 1 of the Warren building—about 5,300 square feet—is expected to open by the end of the summer.

The Finial Group is marketing the remaining land—roughly six acres.
