With 100 percent of precincts reporting for the Montgomery County Constable for Precinct 3 race Ryan Gable is the unofficial winner with 9,352 votes (59.4 percent). Dan Norris finished a distant second with 4,937 votes (31.4 percent) and David Angstadt, Jr. is third with 1,429 votes (.09 percent). The results are unofficial until they are canvassed.

No Democrat is running in this year's race for Precinct 3 Constable, so the winner of the Republican Primary will be the new constable. The position is currently held by Tim Holifield, who chose not to seek re-election and is retiring after 15 years.

The position of county constable carries a 4-year term.
