The company has moved more than 230 workers into its new Penn Field office located at 3601 S. Congress Ave. The move comes after January figures revealed that HomeAway has grown by more than 20 percent since the same month one year ago, according to HomeAway representative Jordan Hoefar.
The 26,170-square-foot office space in Penn Field contains environmentally friendly features such as low water consumption landscaping and sensors that adjust office lighting to accommodate natural daylight.
HomeAway's first two offices are located in the vicinity of Fifth Street and North Lamar Boulevard.
