Outlook for 2012
City Manager Jim Nuse: "One way we'll probably go into the year is to reaffirm or modify the five initiatives of sound finance, customer service, big-picture infrastructure, the San Marcos River and strengthening the middle class. The goal of the council is to refine our focus so that we can have the best information possible as we go into the Comprehensive General Plan."
