In honor of Women’s Health Week, Connectus Health is offering medical testing and services free of charge through May 31, according to a release form the health care provider.

Women in the Nashville area can receive pap smears, STD testing and pregnancy testing at the Connectus Health centers at 601 Benton Ave., Nashville, and 2637 Murfreesboro Road, Nashville.

“Lots of women don’t have the time to prioritize their health and take preventative measures, “ Connectus Co-CEO Caroline Portis-Jenkins said in a statement. “Our goal with Connectus Women’s Health Week is to make it as easy as possible for women and adolescents to access the crucial health services they need that can significantly impact their long-term health.”

Connectus is a 501(c)(3), federally qualified health center that provides affordable care in Nashville and the surrounding communities, including for the underinsured and uninsured. Patients with and without insurance can receive care, according to the release. Additional services are available but may not be free of charge.

Appointments can be made by calling 615-292-9770.
