Nashville Yards developer partners with Susan G. Komen

Southwest Value Partners, the real estate investment company building the 17-acre Nashville Yards development in downtown Nashville, announced Monday, Aug. 26, it has partnered with breast cancer organization Susan G. Komen to expand the nonprofit’s downtown presence.

The nonprofit will launch a series of national and local events hosted at Nashville Yards over the next three years, including the annual Greater Nashville More Than Pink Walk and other activities, according to Southwest Value Partners.

“We believe strongly in building a healthy and sustainable environment for visitors and residents alike, and that manifests not only in how we design Nashville Yards and create the structures and green spaces, but also in the partnerships we establish with others in the community,” said Cary Mack, co-managing partner of Southwest Value Partners, in a news release. “Our relationship with Susan G. Komen enhances our commitment to encouraging wellness and promoting healthy living initiatives throughout the Nashville Yards development.”
