Nashville continues to grow with new openings throughout the summer. Here are three of the latest ones we have reported:

1. First Watch begins serving on Monday

First Watch, a daytime cafe serving health-minded brunch, breakfast and lunch options, opens Monday at 2002 Richard Jones Road. The restaurant offers traditional breakfast and lunch choices, as well as modern brunch items like lemon ricotta pancakes, avocado toast and breakfast tacos.

However, the chain is trying something new in Green Hills. The restaurant is larger than others at 4,500 square feet, not including the outdoor dining area. You'll also see a bar area with specialty coffee drinks like cappuccinos, lattes and espressos, as well as alcoholic brunch cocktails like a vodka and kale tonic, mimosas, kombucha and more.

2. Green Hills Family Psych is now open

Founded by psychiatrist Dr. Dana D. Verner and psychologist Dr. Katie Herrington, Green Hills Family Psych is now open for business. The clinic offers mental health care for children, adults and families and is located on the first floor of the Green Hills Apartments building at 2209 Abbott Martin Road.

Its services range from individual therapy for kids, teens and adults to group and family therapy and more.

3. Profile by Sanford is now open in Belle Meade

Weight-loss center Profile by Sanford is now open in Belle Meade at 82 White Bridge Rd. Profile operates two other locations in Middle Tennessee, including Brentwood and Hendersonville. At Profile, health coaches develop customized plans for their clients based on nutrition, exercise and lifestyle.
