Metro Police officers will host a free driver awareness class for teen drivers. Since 2011, the department has provided the class toÂ show teens the impacts of impaired and distracted driving.
The class will be offered on Saturday, August 18, at the Metro Police South Precinct, located at 5101 Harding Place in Nashville. The four-hour program begins at 9 a.m.
What to know
The class is open to all high school aged teens regardless of county of residency, and a driverâ€™s license or permit is not required for the class. In order to attend the class, teens must register at this link.
