Two new restaurants have been announced for Vertis Green Hills, an 18-story development in the final stages of construction at the corner of Hillsboro Pike and Richard Jones Road.

Mediterranean restaurant Santo, managed by the culinary group behind Kalamatas and Epice, will occupy a space on the first floor of Vertis' retail building. Chain pizza place Brixx Wood Fired Pizza will bring its first Nashville proper location to Vertis, although it currently operates nearby spaces in Hendersonville and Franklin.

“We’re thrilled to welcome Santo, an original, exciting and authentic modern Mediterranean restaurant destination, to Vertis Green Hills,” Paul Neuroth, senior vice president of retail leasing at Southern Land, said in a release. “We are equally pleased to announce a family-friendly favorite in Brixx Wood Fired Pizza."

The restaurants will join the already announced lineup of True Food Kitchen and Char. True Food Kitchen, which is expected to open first this summer, is a health-conscious restaurant that boasts a seasonal menu of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free dishes. At Char, you'll find upscale lunch, dinner and weekend brunch options.

"With these new additions as well as Char Restaurant and True Food Kitchen, we’ve fully assembled an exciting and diversified array of culinary offerings at Vertis Green Hills which will have something for everyone,” he said.

Along with dining options, Vertis will be home to several health, beauty and medical spaces.
