Williamson County to reopen pools, Franklin Splash Park on June 3

As facilities across the state continue to reopen, the Williamson County Parks and Recreation Department announced May 29 the county will resume limited programming and open indoor facilities beginning June 1.

Facilities will reopen with modified schedules, limited amenities and occupancy capacities that align with social distancing requirements, according to a release from the department.

In addition to indoor facilities, WCPR officials announced that all outdoor pools and the Franklin Splash Park will be open beginning June 3.

The department will offer programming, such as group and aqua fitness classes and mini dance summer camps for children age 3 and older.

Reopened facilities include the Franklin Recreation Complex, the Indoor Sports Complex in Brentwood and the Williamson County Enrichment Center.
