Espaces, Franklin’s flexible meeting and office space, will expand to occupy the entire second level of a building at 99 E. Main St. next spring.

The planned expansion is set to open its doors sometime between mid-March and early April next year, according to Chad Schmidt of Sheridan Public Relations.

The Main Street expansion will occupy 16,700 square feet, bringing the company’s footprint in downtown Franklin to 30,000 square feet.

The expansion was spurred by the business’ 231 Public Square facility being at capacity since opening in 2018.

“With two locations within two blocks, we can now meet the pent-up demand to be in the middle of ‘America’s Favorite Main Street,’” Espace President Jon Pirtle said.
