The Bone and Joint Institute of Tennessee will open an orthopedic urgent care and rehabilitation facility Dec. 6 at Maryland Farms, 101 Creek Side Crossing, Ste. 1000, Brentwood.

Rehabilitation services, including physical and occupational therapy, will be offered at the clinic with licensed clinicians using treatment techniques to try to help patients reach their goals quickly, according to the institute. Treatment specialities include joint pain and bone fractures, and diagnostic and treatment equipment will be on site.

With a specialty in sports medicine, the new facility also houses a turf area to help athletes train and rehabilitate their injuries .

The Orthopaedic Urgent Care Clinic is open seven days a week. Walk-ins are welcome, or appointments can be made calling 615-791-2390.
