The delivery and to-go only restaurant is the third virtual kitchen for A. Marshall Hospitality, which also opened Burger Dandy in Franklin and NASHi Noodles in Nashville earlier this year.
The eatery offers lighter options with coastal, Southwest and Japanese influences, according to an announcement form the company.
“We merged fresh produce and inventive ingredients to create unique flavor combinations,” A. Marshall Hospitality Regional Chef Jesse Quatro said in a release. “Healthy and convenient dining options can be difficult to come by, and Fresh 96 Kitchen offers an option for carefully-crafted dishes that can be picked up or delivered right to your door.”
Dishes include ceviche salad, a taco Caesar wrap and poke made with saku tuna. www.fresh96kitchen.com
