Poke Bros. opened a new restaurant in the Cool Springs area at 430 Cool Springs Blvd., Ste. 110, Franklin July 23, according to a social media post from the company.

The fast casual eatery offers healthy poke, or sushi in a bowl, meals and currently operates over 30 restaurants across the Midwest and East Coast.
