Vanderbilt University expands Bill Wilkerson Center's audiology services in Franklin

Vanderbilt University Medical Center has expanded its Bill Wilkerson Center at Franklin in response to increased need for hearing evaluations and audiology treatment in Williamson County, according to Richard A. Roberts, vice chair of clinical operations for the Wilkerson Center.

The expansion of the center at 919 Murfreesboro Road, Ste. 200, Franklin, includes an additional large sound booth for hearing tests and two additional hearing aid examination rooms. The center has also added specialized balance function testing equipment to help with auditory conditions affecting patient balance and equilibrium, according to Roberts.


The Bill Wilkerson Center is composed of Vanderbilt’s programs treating ear, nose and throat conditions as well as hearing, speech, language and related disorders, according to VUMC. 615-936-5000. www.vanderbiltbillwiilkersoncenter.com
