Pilgrimage music festival to require COVID-19 vaccine or negative test for entry

To help mitigate the spread of COVID-19 in the region, organizers with the Pilgrimage Music & Cultural Festival announced Aug. 16 they will require attendees to present proof of a COVID-19 vaccination or negative test in order to enter the festival grounds.

Blood Assurance opens donation center in Cool Springs

Blood Assurance, a nonprofit provider of blood products to area hospitals, including Williamson Medical Center, opened the county's first brick-and-mortar donation center Aug. 13.

CoolSprings Galleria marks 30th anniversary in Franklin

The mall, which opened in 1991, is anchored by department stores including JCPenney, Dillard's, Macy's and Belk, and is home to dozens of shops for men, women and children.
