Co-developers Boyle and Northwood Ravin announced June 14 work has begun on the next block of McEwen Northside at 5001 Aspen Grove Drive, which will feature 126,000 square feet of office space with a ground floor of 126,000 square feet of retail space with a covered parking area.
The new phase joins current tenants SpringHill Suites, Mitsubishi Motors North America, Perry's Steakhouse and Williamson Inc.
“This new release is the next step to accomplishing our vision of building a vibrant, walkable community at McEwen Northside with a unique blend of upscale uses,” said Phil Fawcett, partner with Boyle Investment Co. and co-developer of McEwen Northside with Northwood Ravin, in a news release.
Tenants for the new phase have not been announced; however, the company is currently leasing spaces.
When complete, the center will feature a total of 750,000 square feet of office space, two hotels, 113,000 square feet of retail space and 770 residential units.
The next phase is slated to be completed in late 2022, according to a release from the company.
