Cases of coronavirus in Williamson County have risen to 3,269 as of Aug. 3, according to the latest update from the Tennessee Department of Health.
This marks an increase of 39 new cases reported in the county since the department’s last update Aug. 2.
There are now 1,287 active cases of coronavirus in the county, a decrease of 25 since yesterday.
Statewide, there are 110,636 total cases, 1,092 cumulative deaths and an estimated 70,878 recoveries to date. 19 people have died of the virus in Tennessee since yesterday’s update.
Overall, more than 1.57 million COVID-19 tests have been conducted, according to the TDH update, including more than 12,200 reported in the last 24 hours.
