Cases of the coronavirus in Tennessee have risen to 57,591 as of July 9, according to the latest update from the Tennessee Department of Health.
This marks an increase of 1,605 new cases reported since the department's last update July 8.
The daily totals also include 710 cumulative deaths, 3,088 cumulative hospitalizations and an estimated 33,609 recoveries to date.
In Davidson County, there have been at least 12,549 reported cases. Williamson County has reported 1,591 cases.
Overall, more than 972,000 COVID-19 tests have been conducted, according to the TDH update, including more than 21,700 reported in the last 24 hours.
