Active coronavirus cases decline 17% in Williamson County in August; city officials continue to urge mask-wearing

With the latest totals now available from the Tennessee Department of Health for the full month of August, data from Aug. 1-31 shows the number of active coronavirus cases in Williamson County has declined by 17.7% in one month.

After announcing that all events in 2020 would be canceled, the Heritage Foundation of Williamson County announced Aug. 30 it is already working to plan events for 2021.

The Boilery Seafood & Grill now open in Cool Springs

The Boilery Seafood & Grill opened in July at 545 Cool Springs Blvd., Ste. 195, Franklin.

The eatery offers fresh seafood dishes, including crab, shrimp, crawfish lobster and crab as well as burgers, steak, fish and sandwiches.
