The fair is slated to be held Aug. 6-14 and is currently working with vendors and health officials to establish safety protocols, according to event organizers.
The 2020 fair was held virtually, with in-person events and activities canceled to limit the spread of coronavirus.
“The Williamson County Fair has been a cornerstone of the community since 2005, and it has been our pleasure to host hundreds of thousands of our neighbors annually in August,” County Mayor and fair board Chair Rogers Anderson said in a release. “Our Board is committed to finding ways to innovate our favorite fair exhibits and activities to ensure a safe and comfortable experience for all.”
Crowd favorites, including the Piccolo Zoppe Circus, Jurassic Kingdom, Robocars and the XPogo Stunt Team, are set to return, and officials are expected to announce more information about agricultural and livestock events later this year.
